November cards we will use Spotlighting and Gradiant Glow techniques. You have the choice of spotlighting one or two features on the card as well as a choice of which direction you will stamp your card.
I know these are not traditional Christmas colors but they are very peaceful, and yes I chose the stamp sets Lovely as a Tree (again) and Wandering Words, Santa had to fly over something so why not these Lovely Sparkling Trees.
Autumn Splendor
My second spotlighting card uses the Autumn Splendor stamp set. This set is great for spotlighting, we can stamp a plain background and highlight a portion of the leaf to remember how beautiful and brilliant the colors of the leaves were just a couple of weeks ago.
Now for those of us that like projects-
This is my Santa treat bag, that we will be doing at technique class this month. I purchased this class from a fellow demo Gretchen Barron, don't you just love him? Well he has 4 side kick friends and I am having a class on December 1st to introduce you to them. Santas friends include a reindeer, elf, snowman and of course the lovely Mrs Santa. This class is $15.00 and you will make all 5 treat bags.
Thanks For Looking Cindy

Spotlighting is a very interesting technique—very interesting indeed.
That Sizzex top note die is proving to be very versatile. I will probably have to buy it, especially if Santa's little friends are as cute as Santa.
