Cards from my stamping friends

This card is by Darlene Jarrett, she took the time to color
all the birds and ornaments on this really cute builder wheel card.
If you see Darlene this week make sure to tell her Happy Birthday!

This is a holiday card by Judy Lyle using the Christmas Collage stamp, I love the color combination.  Did you notice the card sleeve, it is one of our whisper white envelopes that has been crimped and torn on one end.

These are 2 cards by Kendra Daniels, she does a wonderful job with water coloring, and wow she cut all those animals out too.

I love all of the cards I receive, don't they all do a great job.
Make sure to check back this week and see what day your card will be featured!

Simply Adorned Class 12/2010

Wednesday I held my 1st jewelry insert class.  We had a wonderful class.
Everyone that attended  made 2-6 inserts for their charms, I  did make  2 inserts for my charms, the one above using Jolly old Saint Nick from the Holiday Mini catalog and a 3D snowflake using the Northern Frost Decorative strip.  As you will see everyone made their charm inserts to fit their own personal  taste.
I made a Santa for my 1 inch x 1 1/4 in charm, this is way more cute than this picture shows.  My camera doesn't pick up the glitter in the pictures it takes.
These pictures were from some my other stamping friends, that made inserts, they finished 6 inserts and I finished just two, but my Santa took extra time to make him special

Tuesday Technique Class 12-14-10

These are 3 of the projects we will be making at Technique Tuesday this week.
This is a card I saw on Becky Roberts blog and decided to make mine into a gift card holder
This was a card I saw on Dawn Olchefske blog using the French Foliage Stamp set.
I love getting a new use for a stamp set we own and love.

The 3 rd project is a gift holder using  Bath and Body hand sanitizer.
Isn't this to cool, I used a great tutorial from Erica Cerwin so we could make one too.

Today's bingo piece is a reindeer, he is flying a little sideways.

Angelic Joy

This card uses the Polished stone technique, using shimmer paint mixed with the 70% alcohol.
The shimmer paint mixes very well but dries very quickly so you will need to work in small areas.

This was one of my swap cards from the Holiday mini catalog, using the Christmas collage background stamp, cherry cobbler seam binding and small pearls to accent.

I used Decked the Halls designer series paper, very vanilla seam binding and shimmer paint on my muted Angelic Joy image.

Today's Bingo piece is the star.

Thanks for looking, Cindy
