Santa and his Side Kicks are busy with 3 days to go

Santa and his side kick friends were a part of my treat bag class a few weeks ago.  This time we made them into cards, they work very well either way.   Santa and his friends are made with Stampin' Up! punches and die cuts from the Big Shot as well as Stampin' Up card stock and ribbon.  I hope you enjoy them as much as we did when we made them. Thanks goes to Gretchen Barron for the orginal idea.

Merry Christmas

Snow for us From Cathy Curry- only 9 days to go

My featured stamper today is Cathy Curry.
Cathy chose the Scenic Seasons, Winter Post and Snow Swirled Stamp sets.  Cathy chose two different techniques from our past All that Glitters and Masking classes, she does a wonderful job watercoloring.  These pictures do not do justice to how beautiful they are in person.  The card on the right has glitter over the entire image, and the one on the left had the glitter as a accent ( I believe her husband might have added the glitter to this card ?  only Santa knows for sure) .  Thanks Cathy for sharing your beautiful cards with us and participating in my challange.

Thanks so much for looking Cindy

Make it a Gift Certificate with 10 days to go

A Gift Certificate is always a good choice for stampers and scrapbookers.  Your gift can be used for either a purchase from Stampin' Up! or to join a class or camp I am holding.

My gift certificate holder has a base of old olive cardstock that was stamped with versamark using the Snow Swirled stamp set. A real red card stock belly band that was embossed with the Stampin' Up! Textured Impressions Folder Petals-A-Plenty holds the holder together.  I used Merry Moments designer series paper and the hostess stamp set Christmas Punch in real red classic ink to finish the gift certificate holder.

The gift certificate is held in the holder by using the slit punch on each side, making it easy to remove and spend on the perfect gift they chose.

Thanks for looking Cindy
